This neighborhood comprises both North and South with residential homes as well as Johnson and Wales University campus and commercial areas on Colfax and 23rd.

 

Developed in the early 1900’s, 1950’s brick ranches, Tudors and Denver Squares – with more of the latter in South area with higher prices. Also the home to McAuliffe International School there is lots of charm to this neighborhood with mature landscape.

 

Easy access to City Park and Denver Zoo as well or bike on the bike lanes towards downtown or even east to Stapleton. Boundaries of the entire Park Hill neighborhood are bordered by Colfax, Colorado, Quebec and as far north as 52nd.
