Located south of Hampden from Holly to Yosemite this is the suburbs in the city. Known for larger lots, mostly 60’s and 70’s ranches, 2 stories and tri levels. Southmoor, Eastmoor and Rosamond Parks are all within walking distance of Southmoor Park East and Southmoor Park South as well as Hutchinson Hills. Southmoor Light rail is nearby as well as Whole Foods and Target. Just north of the DTC makes it a great commute but also add the easy access to 25 and 225 – DIA is a straight shot. New apartments are going up around light rail at Belleview Station and DTC which also adds some great restaurants too. Closeness to Cherry Creek Reservoir is another big draw.
