I was attempting to purchase a new-build condo that was sold-out at my price point. In the interim, Carol took me around the city numerous times to see similar properties and endured innumerous questions throughout. This gave me a firm idea of what I valued in a new home and how the market priced those attributes. Carol took the initiative on numerous occasions, including attending broker/owner events to see if any multi-unit owners were looking to flip one of their units or if they heard if an owner was going to back out of the purchase. When the time came and a unit came available she was at the ready to help me through the process and answer all of my questions. The whole period was much less stressful than I know it could have been and Carol was a huge reason why. She was always available by call or text, even at inconvenient hours. She was a joy to talk with about local real estate and life in general. After this process, I absolutely feel like Carol is a part of my team and I plan on always going to her in the future as it pertains to Colorado real estate.
